Advantages of vertical spray lines include
1: Transport chain structure is simple, easy maintenance.
2: Hanger pitch can be flexibly adjusted according to the length of the aluminum profile.
3: Pre-treatment, powder spraying and curing integrated, high degree of automation, output is 4-5 times of the horizontal line.
4: The pre-treatment has good dripping property, less chemical and water consumption.
5: In the spray room, aluminum profile can be rotated 4×90°.
