Mold Furnace

Mold furnace is an industrial device used to heat metal molds. Its working principle is to use electric energy or gas energy, through a special heating device, the heat is transmitted to the metal mold, so that it reaches the required heating temperature.

Specifically, there is usually a furnace in the mold furnace, the inner wall of which is affixed with one or more specially designed heating body, usually a heater wound by high-temperature alloy wire. When electrical energy or gas passes through the heater, they are heated and carry the heat around. At the same time, the air in the furnace will also be heated, forming a convective circulation, further accelerating the heating of the metal mold.
